2024 Annual Member Statements were mailed on or around July 10. If you have not received yours, please contact SJCERA, and we’d be happy to help you. *Please note data is as of December 31st, 2024.

Clarification on Tier 1 Active Member Statements ONLY:
A formatting error in the Tier 1 Active members section listed age 67 for the 2.61% benefit factor. The correct eligibility age is 62. This was not a miscalculation—your personal account information is accurate. View Tier 1 Age Factors »

The San Joaquin County Employees' Retirement Association (SJCERA) seeks proposals from qualified Pension Administration System (PAS) Solution vendors interested in helping SJCERA transform our core pension benefits operations.

A summary of near-term deadlines follows:

• June 27, 2025:  Notice of Intent to Bid & Minimum Qualifications Response Form (Attachment A) Due.
• June 27, 2025:  Questions about Phase 2: Offeror Questions Response Form (Attachment B) Due Submit proposals to RFPs@sjcera.org by 4pm (PST).
• July    2, 2025:  View answers to Phase 2 Questions Here.
